清代（公元1644-1911年）
这件嵌玉如意长46厘米，柄身由紫檀木制成，上嵌有两块和田白玉，末端系有青紫黄三色长流苏。如意最初是古人用作挠痒之用的爪杖，其头部呈弯曲回头之状，“回头即能够遂心如意”，遂得名“如意”，是吉祥之物，也是权力、地位和财富的象征。
Wooden Ruyi Inlaid with Jade
Qing dynasty(1644-1911)
The Wooden Ruyi inlaid with jade is from the Qing Dynasty. It is 36 cm in length. The petiole is made of red sandal wood, which is inlaid with two pieces of Hotan white jade. On the end there is a cyan, purple and yellow tassel. The Ruyi brought good luck and was a symbol of power, status, and prosperity in ancient China.
